I’ve been called a fool often in my life.  It’s been my life’s prerequisite to be lazy, and to not put any effort in the things I loved.  These accusations have been mostly accurate, and I think realizing that is the honest shift between childhood and adulthood that most cannot define.  Somewhere between then and now, I changed.  We all have.
I know what I love, what I am in love with, and what I love doing.  This entire life, I have let people stand in the way of that, for fear of actually being foolish and that fact being indisputable.  But you know what?  We’re all fools.  If nobody makes potentially foolish decisions, then how do you ever grow? 
That’s why I never did for so long.  I sat stagnant in the waters and watched everybody else pursue their lives, even if it meant damaging mine.
Fuck that.  Fuck that.  Fuck that.
If I want something, I am going to get it.  Fuck that emotionally pacifistic bullshit.  If you wait for other people to make decisions for you, you’re never going to move. 

I have a lot of proving to do in my life.  Proof that love crushes hate, that it crushes indifference and that it crushes consequence.  I am going to put my belief in love instead of self-pity.  I’m tired of being miserable.  I’m tired of seeing everybody else miserable.
